Monoprix little black dress collection?
The French are pretty notorious for the little black dress, thanks to Coco Chanel and tracing all the way back to the 20’s. What girl doesn’t have a little black dress??? and…. we can always use one more!
That’s a staple that is often a go to for me for various occasions when you want to look great and don’t have much time to think about the outfit.
One of the hottest collabs of the season is happening in France with the Monoprix little black dress. As if they didn’t already have our attention with the impending Isabel Marant x H&M collaboration!
Monoprix has curated a collection of fun little black dresses with 5 high end designers just in time for the holiday season, creating a buzz for those that are fans of the designers taking part.
Just why the frenzy? The Monoprix little black dress collaboration includes top designers Hussein Chalayan, Giles Deacon, Alexis Mabille, Anne-Valérie Hash and Yiqing Yin to interpret their version of the LBD for the collection. The best part? A range of aesthetic’s to chose from and only a 90euro price tag creating a stylish and attainable dress.
The LBD’ s will debut in boutique Colette Paris on November 20 for a one week exclusive preview. The merchandising at Colette is amazing, so it would be fun to see how they curate the look.
If you can’t pack your bags and take a trip to Paris(never a bad idea), you can shop and get part of the experience at the Monoprix website on November 24th. The dresses will be in only 50 Monoprix shops from November 27th onward.
So why do we all love Monoprix? You can get your chocolate, water, lipgloss, a cashmere sweater and an LBD all while being stylish and on a budget. It’s part of every French girls secret to effortless cool.
