target 3.1 phillip lim

Hello Tati-Istas

Today is the big day for the Target 3.1 Phillip Lim collaboration launch. They have been keeping us on the edges of our seats, slowly leaking out detail by detail information on the collection from one of our favorite designers.

First thing this morning, I went to the Target website to try and order some of the 3.1 Philip Lim collab product, but guess what??????? Their website is totally and completely crashed. It has been for at least the last 2 hours!!! Have you tried to go online? It must be all the traffic from the highly anticipated launch, who can’t resist.

In case you have a target store by you, don’t forget to check out the collection, but I wouldn’t wait. The collaboration product never stays in stores long.

The collection is designed for both men’s and women’s and the price points range from $19.99 to $299.99 for apparel and $19.99 to $59.99 for accessories. There are around 100 pieces to chose from and it seems that the collection was put together with a variety of occasions in mind. The professional and well tailored items like the tuxedo jacket and the green button down shirt are great items for office situations. There are also some very casual looks with the iconic BOOM sweatshirt, like the one that Jessica Alba wore.

They also stepped into the realm of evening with a sequin accented dress and a sparkly sheath.

What we love about the collection is the total wearability while being chic with splashes of fun color, crisp and fresh poplins and a sprinkling of signature prints. Not to mention, some of the accessories that we can’t wait to see in person.

Here’s an edit of my top 5 favorite looks.

It looks like there are some pretty great accessories too:

I love the mustard yellow bag. A great pop of color for fall.

What are your favorite looks? Let me know if you managed to get any of the pieces and which ones you chose.

It’s best to know what you want before you go so you can stay focused and not buy just to buy, but of course if you have a chance to see the product in person try it on first as Target has a special return policy for the collaboration items.

I’m guessing we will see a few cameos of the product during Milan and Paris Fashion Week!
